Kim Betz, Support Department Manager
Kim has several years of previous work experience in software technical support and has held supervisory positions in the past which gives her a solid background to be our support department manager.
Keith Brierly, Support Technician/Software Trainer
Keith Brierly joined HAB in July 1999. Prior to joining HAB, Keith worked at the Housing Authority of LaSalle County Illinois for 12 years. His current responsibilities are as a Software Support Technician and Trainer.
Lynn Brom-Kuusisto, Support Technician/Software Trainer
Lynn joined HAB in August 2015. Prior to joining us, she was actually an Encompass user while she was a Fiscal Director at an HRA. She holds a BA in Accounting, Business Admin, and MIS. Lynn put her degrees and experience to good use -- in positions for several non-profits, a for-profit where she was hands-on with financials, and for supervising staff. She really enjoys her training and support responsibilities in our HAB financial applications.
Denise Duss, Support Technician/Software Trainer
Denise joined HAB in August 1998, after ten year’s experience at another software development company. She mainly supports tenant applications and conducts on-site and in-house training as well as many of our online training sessions.
Kari Hanson, Support Technician/Software Trainer
Kari joined HAB in December 2014. Her prior experience in accounting was work performed at a financial institution. Her responsibilities include training and support of the HAB financial applications.
Adam Kruse, Support Technician/Software Trainer
Adam joined HAB in February 2016. He previously worked at a non-profit agency for 13 years providing training and supervision for clients and staff. Adam’s current role at HAB involves support, on-line training, and document writing for the applicant/tenant modules.
Steve Lunde, Support Technician/Software Trainer
Steve has many years experience in computerized accounting management. He currently assists in the support of our financial applications and HMS Encompass.
Ann Miller, Vice President - Customer Services
Ann Miller has over 30 years experience in the field of Public Housing Information Management and holds a Public Housing Manager Certification (PHM). Her responsibilities include supervising software support. She also routinely performs data conversions and conducts on-site customer training.
